The event will take place over two days.
Contributor Day on Friday, September 20th from 9:30 am to 5:00 pm.
WordCamp on Saturday, September 21st: at 8:30 am attendees registration, and the conference will be from 9:30 am to 6:00 pm.
Saturday night, from 8:00 pm, there will be an After Party! More details will be communicated ASAP. The After Party is an excellent opportunity to network, get to know each other better and keep on having fun, so don’t go away immediately, stay with us!
Both days, including the After Party, will take place in the same location!
Where
WordCamp Catania 2019 will be at Zō Centro Culture Contemporanee.
The structure is equipped with high-speed Wi-Fi and the large spaces will allow the event to take place in a simple and functional way, guaranteeing all the necessary comfort.
Zō Centro Culture Contemporane is in Piazzale Rocco Chinnici 6, Catania.
Move around the city
The location is located near the central station and the metro that connects the city to the historic center and the main streets of the city.

How to reach the location
Zo Centro Multiculturale is easily reachable in ~8 minutes walk from the central station, where there are also the metro station and the terminus for the urban line, or directly with the 443 S2 urban line.
How to get to Catania
By plane: the airport Vincenzo Bellini di Catania (or Fontanarossa) is less than 10 km from the city center, which makes connections with public transport and a car quite easy.
The shuttle bus is not the fastest way but it is definitely convenient and for this reason it is the most popular choice among those who want a low cost holiday; for those who prefer comfort or the freedom of schedules, taxis or rental cars are better choices.
The airport is connected with the central train station with:
